Cancellation Policy:

At Brisbane Specialist Group, we strive to provide timely and high-quality care to all our patients. When you book an appointment, a dedicated time slot is reserved specifically for you to see our specialist. Late cancellations make it difficult to offer that time to other patients in need.

To ensure fairness and efficiency, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:

•  If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require at least three (3) business days’ (excluding public holidays and weekends) notice prior to your scheduled appointment time.
• Cancellations made with less than three (3) business days’ notice or failure to attend your appointment without prior notice may result in a cancellation fee equivalent to the full consultation fee, which is not claimable through Medicare or private health insurance.
•  Filling a cancelled appointment slot at short notice can be challenging, so we kindly ask for as much notice as possible if you are unable to attend.
